Service Description

Includes up to 1 hour of professional diagnostic time to inspect, test, and troubleshoot the customer’s concern. Depending on the issue, this may include a visual inspection, full scan-tool testing, live-data analysis, electrical testing, system testing, and other pinpoint diagnostic procedures needed to help identify the cause of the problem. If additional diagnostic time is required beyond the initial hour, further testing is billed at $165.00 per hour. We will contact you for approval before continuing with additional diagnostic time or performing any repairs. Diagnostic charges cover testing and technician time only and do not include parts or repairs. Diagnostic fees are not waived or credited toward repairs.
